Are you still missing out on getting what you want? The answers maybe all around you.
These days we’re all about ATTRACTING what we want into our lives. the perfect job, relationship, more money, success, ect..
But our minds are so preoccupied with our ordinary and mundane lives (so we think) that we miss out on small but pertinent signs on which direction to take and hunches that lead to confirmations, to let us know we need to explore something further in order to lead us to the thing that we want.
The answer may lie in the synchronicities of our everyday living…
So, synchronicity is that seemingly random and casual events that really serve a larger dynamic of purpose to the whole.
Carl Jung believed this to be a glimpse of the underlying order of the universe, a casual connecting principle that links mind with matter. “This underlying connectedness manifests itself through meaningful coincidences that cannot be explained by cause and effect, such synchronicities occur when a strong need arises in the psyche of an individual.”
Some people brush this off as chance and interestingly enough the more you pay attention to it the more they occur. The important thing about it is do you actually do something about it?
Remember when there is a strong core desire in us, consciously or unconsciously we start attracting things with the same vibrational field and a lot of times we’re directed on how to get there (sometimes in a not so obvious language), so the universe brings us signs that may not always make sense to our minds.
For example a friend of mine was having problems with an ex-boyfriend (that was of course her soul mate minus the issues) so her friends set her up on a blind date one night, but stood the guy up in a restaurant. Meanwhile meeting up with her ex who promised to change, found him that night arguing with another woman who was in the middle of dumping him. Upset and angry she took the first cab she saw and hopped in. She was so upset she didn’t notice another passenger. As it turned out it was the guy who she earlier stood up. Long story short she took this as something she should pursue even though he wasn’t her type. They turned out to be a great couple!
Or a friend of mine Mark who wanted so badly to be a journalist but, for some reason couldn’t find a job and wouldn’t take anything else but, and instead of settling he new he was committed to his dream and decided it would find a way to him.. So in the time he had he would play with his kids by drawing and writing that eventually led to a kid’s book. An agent took notice and the kid’s book did more than well. Although it becomes a good story, it became great when the agent’s husband was the head of a department at a national TV station that offered him his dream job!
With all the challenges that’s going on socially and personally where is your life trying to directing you to and are you seeing it pass the random events?
Maybe we should look deeper into our accidental good or bad fortunes, chance or coincidence. Maybe we should be looking deeper into our seemingly ordinary and mundane lives to find the underlying signs to our dreams!
